    Ortiz is well over rated, a good friend of mine has Ortiz on his radar for sometime this year, not a world known boxer but i guarantee u, he will do a number on Ortiz

    Thats the Ortiz/Golden Boy bandwagon...with HBO feeding him down our throats constantly.:deal
    HBO is run by Golden Boy & Al Heymon these days everyone knows that.

    As for the other GBP star, Khan, he absolutely wipes Ortiz.

    **** Ortiz back to Thursday Night Fight Club! To be frank, he's nothing more than an ESPN Friday Night Fight fighter.

    Expect to see plenty of Golden Boy or Al Heymon fighters in 2011 on HBO, many times fighting rubbish.

    The ones that aint with either like Sergio Martinez will get held to ransom & forced to fight no one but the 1 fighter HBO chooses (in this case Dzinziruk).
    Or be like Miguel Cotto snubbed completely even tho Cotto vs undefeated Vanes Martirosyan is a terrific bout between 2 top 10 Light Middleweights which HBO didnt want to know about.

    Dont worry if he were an Al Heymon or Golden Boy boxer it wouldnt matter how boring Vanes is, he would always get given a HBO date.

    Well thank **** he isn't to be honest with you. His fight with Greene was hot garbage. I doubt there'd be much interest in a fight with Cotto.

    Dont worry HBO will go pay $1.2 mill for Andre Berto vs Freddy Hernandez, over 3 mill for boring Dawson-Tarver 2 or the ridiculous amount in the millions for that HBO BAD card involving Khan-Malignaggi & Ortiz-Campbell with money going under the table last yr which lead to a NY investigation:patsch.

    Can't wait to watch Martinez and Dzinziruk. That's a fight fans fight right there. Due to their styles, it's not likely to be fireworks, but it should be a great contest.

    What a ****ing rort that was!!!

    What did they get - a 1 months suspension of their promoters licence in the state of NY and a ****-all fine!! ****ing hell, a slap on the wrist.

    I'll bet the NY commission saw some lovely brown paper bag money to quickly 'fix' that situation.

    Berto's earned $7m to date and fought no one. He should get down and thank the lord daily that Al Haymon came into his life!!!

    He's not the only one Kag's. Quite a few top fighters in the States (a lot of them Al Haymon fighters) can't draw ****.

    Crowds of only 700 - 1,500 paying doesn't quite pay the Promoters bills, yet these blokes end up on HBO and the like and on unrealistic money.

    Yesterday morning I staggered home hammered and watched the Gatti-Ward trilogy. Great viewing and I think it even sobered me up.
