"relentless" 'aint the same as "ruthless." Otherwise, I'd put Jorge Arce & Harry Greb on the list.

IMO, "Ruthless" means the guy tried to literally hurt his opponent, for 90 seconds of every round.

 

Hagler was impressive, when he went into search and destroy mode.
