Cotto was nothing but a whiner He quit on his knees right above me. No complaints after the fight he knew he'd been soundly beaten. Like the rest it wasn't till the Mosely debacle & Richardson starting the ball rolling that Cotto complained lol The only people cheating were Juiced up Mosely & Naz Richardson that night & the CSAC let em do it

 

Hey Dan ask Manny if he thinks Margarito was feather fisted in their fight I heard him say he'd never been hit so hard & he was lucky to get the win that was right before he collapsed in pain from his battered ribs & taken to hospital

 

His face is wiped off in both videos. There is a clear difference in which one looks worse, and it’s in the second fight. If you choose to not acknowledge it, you’re in denial. And Cotto was getting rocked long before Floyd. Ever hear of Ricardo Torres?

Oh man, I can't believe I forgot this one, but Leigh Wood recovering from getting floored in the first round against Michael Conlan, then going on to win in glorious fashion by knocking him through the ropes in the final round. That has to be one of the more "cinematic" boxing moments in recent years.

 

Of course he quit, he was literally getting beaten to death by bricks. Tell me little man, have you ever professionally boxed before? Have you ever been hit with a solid object that wasn't a fist? How dare you criticize Cotto for quitting when he did in the first fight, the mans life was on the line, how extremely cowardly of you. Should Kermit Cintron have brushed off pre brick scandal Margarito's punches as well, suck it up and continue going? It's pretty clear that both of their careers were effected by those beatings, Cotto would have literally died if he didn't take that knee, his body knew something was wrong and could not continue, you calling Cotto a whiner and quitter because you think Margarito is your friend is probably the most cowardly thing I've read on this forum. I bet Margarito doesn't even know you exist.
