I'm telling you it was Pac's easiest fight, 120-108 on one of the judges scorecards, Marg didn't win a round or did anything effective.

Speaking of Wood, gotta mention one night recently that he was part of.

First we had Luis Alberto Lopez, once again defending his title on the other guy's territory, but that didn't stop him from giving Michael Conlan a one sided beat down. Then Okolie got himself put on the canvas three times and had two points deducted on the way to a points defeat to Billam-Smith. The evening was wrapped up with Wood regaining his title against Mauricio Lara in a pretty one sided bout.

So in one night we got to see a great KO in hostile territory, a spoiler style being punished and a guy regaining his title from the guy he lost it to. What's not to love?

You're telling me scratches from the slaps of your gloves is an indicator of more damage compared to internal bleeding? Cotto fought Ricardo Torres at 140 pounds when Cotto was borderline weight drained, it's the fact that Floyd even rocked and almost stopped Cotto when a post brick scandal Margarito couldn't is what's the funny part. I don't think you were around but Margarito pre Mosley was seen as the most dangerous man in boxing. He had a chin made of titanium and most of all destructive power, he was tearing ears apart and ruining fighters primes in the process. After his cheating was exposed he was completely featherfisted, it was almost a night and day difference. You can see it in Margarito's eyes vs a 40 year shot Mosley that he knew he'd been caught and that the gig was up. It's like using a cheat sheet and getting away with it on your last 3 tests but then once you're caught you fail miserably.

You can't tell me Margarito wasn't in great shape either, I remember that fight fondly, watched the build up and everything, me and everyone around thought Margarito was going to kill Mosley, Margarito had that kind of reputation. Come to find out he gets caught cheating and he's never the same again.

 

Dude, I’ve been watching this sport since the 80s. Cotto got wrecked in the first fight and his face was worse in the second fight. Nobody has ever said Tony’s wraps were hard even though he shook hands with everyone, and even hugged Cotto afterwards. You’re clearly in denial about the first fight. I don’t know why but Cotto fans have an excuse for any time he didn’t look good. Even when Manny sparked him.

 

I'm not a Cotto fan, especially after the stories I heard about him, I'm simply telling the truth. I think it's Margarito fans who are in straight up denial, they're the only ones who justify this cheating scumbag. You're simply stating your opinion without looking at facts. There was no internal bleeding in the 2nd fight, his face was scratched up from the gloves. You're claiming Cotto suffered as much damage in the 2nd fight because his face was scratched up is ****ing stupid. What's worse, getting slapped in the face and it leaving a mark or getting punched in the face and have it cause internal bleeding. How dumb can you be, I highly doubt you've been watching boxing since the 80s.

The facts are in the videos. First you tried to claim his face was worse because of blood. Then you were provided evidence of a close up shot of his face immediately after the fight with the blood wiped off, I even gave you reasoning as to why it appears worse with blood. You chose to not acknowledge that. . Then more evidence was shown in the presser for the second fight. Only someone in denial would say his face isn’t more damaged in the presser video.

 

My friend I think this Dan character is just a troll As we know NOTHING was ever proven that Margarito cheated or even tried to cheat. That BS gave Quitto Cotto, a possible excuse for him getting beaten so bad along with a few others. He waited until Pac had permanently damaged Tony's eye in that fight then suddenly he wanted revenge lol. His team made sure, remember they insisted on him breaking training not long before the fight to fly across country to visit the NY docs to check his eye, on the pretence to check he was fit to fight when the fight had already been signed & sealed?? I wonder if it was the same doc that stopped the fight when Cotto had started wilting again & Tony was beating his chest yelling C'mon lets fight !! That doc knew Tony couldn't see out of that eye from early in round 2, when Cotto targeted it, but waited 10 rounds before stopping the fight. That fight was stopped to save Cotto the embarrassment of quitting AGAIN!! not to save Tony's eye too late for that . Cotto still couldn't legitimately beat a one eyed opponent.the doc had to save Cotto not Tony .I'm not even going to reply to crazy Dirty Dan lol

 

You liked watching a Proven & eventually self confessed Steroid abuser juiced to the gills AGAIN!! Mosely beating on a sick, demoralized Margarito I guess??? An innocent fighter like Margarito had his career ruined & his good name Tarnished based on a blatant lie, Mosely a PROVEN !! Ped's cheat gets the HOF & no punishment.for the Peds abuse. I was at the fight Dan saw it all Saw Pac interviewed after the fight saying it was the hardest he'd ever been hit & that he was lucky to survive & win, also saw him collapse in pain from his damaged ribs & they took him off to hospital. He certainly never sang at any concert he could hardly breathe lol Go troll somewhere else
