    Which even-competition bouts made the sport's history? Not referring to purse splits, but even competition, insofar as there was no clear favorite before or during the bout.

    What about Zarate against Gomez? Not sure what the general odds were; Gomez would have been favourite, yes, but surely not by all that much at the time? More to the point, accounts from the build up to that fight are replete with statements that amongst the Hispanic communities and diasporas, this was seen as being their Ali-Frazier. A real accelerator in the burning rivalry between Mexico and Puerto Rico. A lot riding on that one.

    Maybe i'm biased because I was so absolutely certain that Mayweather would win easily. I'll check.

    Nah, Mayweather was -200 from -275 on fight night. That'll be the American odds.

    Unknown; i'd imagine Pac would have been heavily favoured in the books though. I thought 3 was 50.50 and 4 was a dead cert for Pac :lol:
