Most skilled p4p fighter per decade post 1940s

I don't really disagree with any names you stated but here's some other suggestions.

Napoles may of made his mark right at the end of the 1960s. But he did have what I consider to be one of the best boxing masterclasses over an elite fighter in Cokes.

So I think Napoles could be a suggestion for the 1960s even though as I said he made his mark right at the tail end of the 1960s.

For the 1980s Leonard is an obvious candidate I always felt Leonard's technical skills get a bit overlooked. He did outbox Benitez in a highly skilled chess match in which he was very patient.

1990s ? You have Whitaker who could very easily be classed above Toney as well as Hopkins.

2010s ? Maybe Crawford instead.

1950s - Sugar Ray Robinson

1960s - Jose Napoles

1970s - Roberto Duran

1980s - Sugar Ray Leonard

1990s - Pernell Whitaker

2000s - Floyd Mayweather Jr

2010s - Terence Crawford

 

Skilled is a very subjective term, but for what's its worth below are my best/greatest fighters of each decade, based solely on bouts contested in the decade in question;

50's - Moore

60's - Ali

70's - Monzon

80's - SRL

90's - Whittaker

00's - Mayweather

10's - Mayweather

60s: Griffith (HM to Harada, Ortiz and Jofre)
70s: Duran (if you include Montreal in 1980)
80s: SRL
90s: Whitaker
00s: Pacquiao
10s: Mayweather
