Out of these HOF fighters that used the come forward, aggressive style who do you think was the most skilled, effective swarmer/pressure fighter H2H? Feel free to include others as well.

    Vicente Saldivar
    Mike Tyson
    Joe Frazier

My picks would be Qawi, Fenech and Harada. Fenech and Harada were a bit more versatile in that they could alter their style and box as well as swarm depending on the occasion and opponent, but when they did swarm their opponents I have never seen any other elite level fighter do so with as much ferocity as those two, not even Homicide Hank who fought at a more measured pace even with his high punch output.

Qawi due to his physical stature and short reach had no choice but to be a pressure/swarmer type of fighter his entire career, and of all the fighters you listed he is in my opinion the single most effective fighter using that style of fighting that I have seen. Combined with his very accurate and punishing jab with he used to great effect to set up his offense and with his overall excellent punch selection he was definitely a force to be reckoned with at his best and even when he was slightly past it.

Duran could definitely swarm especially during his run at Lightweight but later evolved into more of a boxer puncher later on
