I can't readily think of any HW I'd call more overall skilled. H. Johnson could be a shout, but I haven't seen anything of him at HW, I think. From what I've seen of Charles as HW I like Holy better. So Evander is a very strong candidate IMO.
I guess i'd have Louis, Charles, Johnson and Moore right there with him. I wouldn't be comfortable ranking him over any of them.
He's up there. Whether he even could be given the nod over them would be it's own pretty intricate discussion. I'd probably form my standpoint during that debate.
Tyson was shot from 1990 onwards so he doesn't make the list. If you said the last 25, then he would be 1st. Anyway: 1. Evander Holyfield 2. Riddick Bowe 3. Lennox Lewis 4. Ray Mercer 5. Vitali Klitschko
There has to be some success and efficiency behind something abstract like "most skilled." Otherwise, what's our real measuring stick? Only Toney is a viable nomination out of those three imo.
The myth continues .... Byrd was far more successful and over a longer period at hw than Toney. Even Damiani was more successful than Toney, at least he won legimtatly a title.
It a bull**** myth And it **** me off so ****ing much bodhi. Tyson barely changed at all AND you know that like I know it. This Tyson in 1996 And he look at least 95% as skillful as he was in 1986/1987/1988/1989. :deal [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RUoo5aCvo_8&feature=related[/ame] [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ufHbGrd6ds8&feature=related[/ame]
