most stupid thing you've done to make weight?

    whats urs?

    my worst is nothing cuz ive always walked around at my fightin weight

    but my m8 went weeks living off having 1 egg white 4 times a day drinkin nothin n taking laxatives

    no food for 3days then straight after weigh inwen and found nearest fast food place i could happened to b burger kings after frist round i felt lik absolute shite

    No food for the day before the fight and the fight day itself. Long run the night before and skipping and dehydration on the day. Felt dizzy and disoriented. After I made weight I stuffed myself with pasta and felt like ****. Lead the match easily until the last round, then got absolutly hammered cause I ran out of energy and lost.

    met at my club, weighed in and was 2 kilos over, it was a championship fight so i put on my sauna suit and skipped for 20 mins.
    got to the show and weighed in two kilos under! our scales were ****ed!

    I'm never more than 4 pounds over my weight and start going down at least a week and a half ahead of time. I'd rather be slightly hungry the week before than completely dehydrated and spent going in to a fight. It's dangerous and I can't belive how many people do it.

    Ive only had one real hard time getting down in weight that was exactly one year ago I basically forced myself to get down to a weight class I had become to big for during my year away from boxing. I got to a point where the last 3 pounds seemed impossible so I got up early the day of the weigh in ate no breakfest walked 2 miles to the fitness gym and sat in the Sauna for about 4 hours I took breaks but I spent most of the time in there and barley drank any water I so god weak I actually wanted to go and tell the guys I wanna cancel the fight but I didnt even had enough energy to talk so I said **** it ill weigh in then stuff my face and take a nap.

    4 hours:admin i get too bored after 30mins n my longest is a hour cuz i fell asleep

    Stupidest thing I did was this. Listen to everyone that said drink alot of water and it will help you get down. BULL****. I once drank water weighing 165 and after a week straight of drinking 1 to 1 1/5 gallon of water a day blew up to 178.

    chopped my arm off. jk but for wresting. this year i went down 4 weight classes so in order to register at weight i didnt eat for 3 days and didnt drink for 2 while running and **** i acutally couldnt even walk to the scale lol.
