I actually just looked it up, Oscar went down for a sec after a Whitaker left hook. Doesn't have to hurt to be a KD.

Jake LaMotta wasn't exactly a banger, 30 KOs in 87 wins if my memory serves me right, although he had SRR down or at least in major trouble in 3 separate fights, including one where SRR was saved by the bell
Saying that, he was in the 1940s and he was accomplished at laying a savage beating on his opponents, I'd imagine if those fights took place today he'd probably have way more TKOs on his record, although he'd have been stopped a lot more too

Fury can punch when he chooses to sit down on his shots

Depends whether he wants to be Kronk Fury or 2FastFury ;)

How many punches did it take for him to stop Wilder? He can’t punch. Deal with it. Punchers are born not made. Fury was not born a puncher.

Tim Bradley was pretty successful and he wasn't exactly a KO artist.

Modern: I'd say Chris Byrd. He definitely had a power outtage and at HW of all the divisions to lack power, he accomplished a lot.

Most "feather-fisted" boxers chose to not rely on power, they developed styles that allowed them to win without relying on power shots.

The danger of being a feather-fisted boxer, is that they are unaccustomed to using power-shots when they have to go to Plan-B

The most feather-fisted boxers are the shortest boxers who had to face much taller opponents in their division, in this case its Ivan Calderon because he was 4"11" and he had no other lower division to fight at.

Malinaggi could have fought in lower divisions, but he choose to fight at 140-147 because he was much slower at the faster-lower divisions, being a technical fighter he figured he is better off giving up power, worked out for him and he became a champion. At 122 he would have harder time beating JMM, Morales, MAB, maybe he would have never been able to become a world champion.

Same boat as Spadafora and Malinaggi, he traded a speed advantage for power. Chris Byrd would have been less successful at lower weights, he liked being fast at Heavyweight & made the best of it

Fury can hit though. Not on the other power punchers level of course but when he sits down he can hurt anyone.
