    For me, it'd have to be, in no order:

    Sugar Ray Leonard
    Floyd Mayweather Jr.
    Roy Jones Jr.
    Vasyl Lomachenko
    Wilfred Benitez

    Roy Jones Jr. Guys like Lomachenko and Floyd are very talented, but they aren't gifted with freakish explosiveness and power like prime Roy was.

    Then how come he didn't even get drop until his 15th year as a pro in his mid 30s in about his 50th fight?

    His first fight with Tarver he showed a good chin, it's just after losing weight after Ruiz going through full camps didn't agree with his body

    Toney, Hopkins, Sosa and Ruiz all caught him with big shots. Ruiz even rocked him in the first round. The weight cut clearly destroyed his punch resistance.
