In terms of pure raw talent it's Tank Davis. But he can't stay disciplined.

What's this raw talent that you speak of? He seems to have above average power and speed, but nothing about his ring craft stands out.

I don't know about this. He's not going to run through the top welterweights like he's been doing.

He smoked Herrera. Herrera was faded, but still, no one's ever smoked him.

Herrera is an old man now. Don't get me wrong Vergil is vicious with great size but I don't see him smashing through the top tier guys like he's doing now. He throws everything hard. You can't do that for 12 rounds against a good counter puncher with good timing.

Stevenson. But I do think in terms of pure talent Tank is the best.

Ortiz is probably the best young American fighter though.

Ortiz. Easily. Explosive power, elite handspeed and beautiful timing. Hes only 21 and has some things to work on but he is the most impressive of all the youngsters ive seen. Tank Davis?!!! wtf are some of you smoking.

Tank has too many outside of the ring issues that he probably won't correct.

Ortiz is looks to have the goods but fights in a stacked division. I dont see him being able to beat guys like garcia for example at least not for 2 more years.

Between Vergil Ortiz and Keyshawn Davis, after them it's Jarron Ennis but hes back by a considerable margin.

Ortiz and Davis are generational talents.

Keyshawn is getting overrated, he shouldn't be on this list. He's an amateur. And he's not even won a gold medal at a major tournament yet.
