Is this a rating of "most underrated dirtiest fighters" to include him here?

I had Fenech down for Feather but I don't think he did enough to really did enough there to be considered "great".
That said I think if he'd stayed put at Feather he could've established a lasting legacy there,as he looked awesome the fights he had at Feather especially the Callejas fight which was Jeff's peak.
Fenech without the layoff would've whipped guy's like Paez,Dorsey,La Porte or even Grove imo,and I'm hard-pressed to come up with a guy to beat him at 126 at that time.

Fair calls. I am going the angle of Jeff was a great fighter overall instead of singling out particular divisions. I am also looking more at head to head with the underrated criteria. SRL and Arguello barely touched down in the divisions i rate them in here either. I have to be honest, i think Fenech would give all the greats heart attacks at 126, beating many of them. He was like a slightly less skilled Duran, his intensity, strength and determination was unmatched. I'd call it outright ferocity really.

    Yep spot on about Fenech.
Fenech was far and away the most fierce fighter I've seen.Even Duran to me looked like he was still in control in the ring whereas Fenech looked to me like he just wanted to kill, and the minute break between rounds was a pain in the arse for him.
I just wish he'd stayed at 126 as he didn't have the body (or hands) to campaign successfully at the higher weights.Once they began to match his strength and he didn't have the power to keep them honest anymore, that's when the rot set in.
A little bit off topic but do you remember Jeff's fight with Daniel Zaragoza John?
I remember it as a very one sided beating and I'm wondering if that's how it went.It was a very good underrated win for Fenech anyway.

Fenech was actually more ferocious and less controlled than Duran for sure. My fading memory of the Zaragoza fight was Jeff was too good and won handily.

Zaragoza was competitive for the first few rounds then dominated.

    Difficult choices.....

HW A- Frazier ( described by some as a 1 armed fighter and 1 eye by others....loses every hypothetical against any ATG borderline great and fringe guys like Tua with a punch...yet possesses perhaps the single greatest win in boxing)
B- Wlad (many including myself have been slow to give him credit due to distaste for his style and era...yet I think he will be seen as top 5 in a few years time)

    LHW Gus Lesnivich

    MW Gene Fullmer

WW (not sold on this) Tito Trinidad- does not seem to have much appreciation. He is frequently derided for lack of skill yet it was not really ever exposed

    LW Bob Montgomery

    FW Vicente Saldivar

BW (I love the Chandler shout outs, and while I rate him slightly higher than most at BW I frequently see him top 15-20...so I love him getting credit but don’t find him underrated)
    Alan Rudkin gets my nod

    Fly Midget Wolgast

Heavyweight: Jersey Joe Walcott (should be a staple in everyone's top 15-20 but for some reason isn't)

LHW: Maxie Rosenbloom (too many people forget about his existence)

Middleweight: Gerald McClellan (top 5 middleweight imo)

    Welter: Joe Walcott (Barbados demon)

Feather: Battling Nelson (for some reason I never see him in top 100 p4p lists, beat Joe Gans 2 times, monster training that would probably give Marciano and Hagler a run for their money)

Batam: Panama Al Brown (How the hell does a batamweight have a 73" reach??? Iron chin too)

Fly: Jimmy Wilde (possibly hardest p4p puncher ever)

    A lot of good picks.
Trying to come up with some other good ones who haven't been mentioned:

    Middleweight Philidelphia Jack O'Brien
    Welterweight Young Peter Jackson
Lightweight Jack Blackburn (not sure exactly which weight to place him)
    Batamweight Owen Moran
    Flyweight Johnny Coulon
