    Hearns - bodypunching.

Holmes - Manic DETERMINATION. We would have seen this even further if only his era was stronger.

Page - Sheer power in the right hand.

    Arguello - chin.

Hagler - Consistency in output and steady pressure.
    Monzon - Same.

Snipes - power. His KD of Holmes was no pure fluke when you watch the Berbick fight.

Gomez - Pure boxing abilty early career.

Howard Davis Jr. - Speed! The facet he was reknowned for has if anything become underrated, probably because he chronically underachieved. The guy was up with most anyone ever and was voted boxer of the 1976 Games ahead of SRL and the Spinks bro's.

For all my criticisms of him, Monzon wasn't slow and could rattle off combinations and exploit countering opportunities as well as most Middleweights (and at least as well as a certain almost equally over-rated baldy). Duran was also rapid as **** and most people seem to overlook that.

    ****ing racism

Ali was strong. He could clamp down on his opponent both legally and illegally. He was also more often than not the biggest fighter. However, I think Ali’s best trait was his character and will to win.

I've never got this. What's your beef with Hagler and Monzon? They both dominated the division for years, and at least Hagler also looks great on film (haven't seen much of Monzon).

Ps. No one thinks Duran was slow. Not in his prime. Don't know where you got that from.

Jem Mace's coming up to scratch. If he fought Tyson under LPR, Tyson could knock him clean out 52 times nd he would just keep coming upto scratch becuase it was impossible to stop guy from pre-1900. If Mace knocked Tyson down just once, Tyson wouldnt know what to do because of no experience fighting under LPR and he'd fail to come upto scratch

That might not be a bad call.

Mace won title fights with some quite horific injuries including a broken arm.

Incidentaly, Mace would have murdered most fighters of the gloved era in a LPR bout or a street fight. He was arguably the ultimate refinement of the bareknuckle fighter.

Mayweather on the inside. When he would be caught on the inside he would tight his defense and throw some nice shots on the inside(when you look at his fight he really doesn't move too often unless he has to as his defense is nice enough to stand there and still not get hit cleanly) and of course I think someone mention his punches to the body which is an underrated trait of him as well
