Finito Lopez One of the best fighters of the last 20 years very underrated historically. The man could do it all.

Jesus Chavez He went to war with PBF and EM only to come up short very underrated fighter.

Junior Jones Beat MAB twice very underrated fighter.

Stevie Johnston Very underrated and underappreciated fighter.

Terrible Terry Norris Had a mean streak a mile long very exciting fighter.

Martin Castillo Too bad few have seen the talent of this Mexican and maybe with his upcoming fight with Montiel will show those how great he is.

Yeah I think that fight would have been great. Who knows he might have been able to pull the upset.

naseem hamed - because of the 1 loss to barrera he is now known as a bum and people seem to have forgotten his earlier wins.

Naz was overrated - and finally got brought back down to earth against a world class fighter in his prime.

By that stage he was past his best, his brothers were running his career instead of his trainer, and he had lost the close circle of friends that kept him 'grounded' - to a degree.

However, most opponents were handpicked, the only decent fighter Naz got in with beat him.

he beat all the big names in his division at the time, he had plans to fight morales after barrera, but that didn't go too well.

    I agree with Jesus Chavez.
Wasnt he ahead of PBF at the stoppage?? I thought i remember seeing that but not sure.
HE also went toe to toe with Erik Morales and did pretty well. I also recall his shoulder got injured during that fight.
My dad used to know him when they were little and used to tell me he was a good fighter and that i should watch him.

We probably don't know the most underrated ones.

Of the ones we know, Chris John comes to mind.
