    Paul the Punisher Williams. I know he is not completely overlooked, but I see SO much more about so many other fighters that aren't even active than I do about the Punisher.

    The guy is a great fighter and will fight against anyone in several weight classes.

    I'm going to say Timothy Bradley for active. It's funny when people say Hatton was the man at 140. I can't see him beating Bradley. He is one of the hardest working fighters in boxing, just not really acknowledged.
