At this point, it might still be Amir Khan (outside of his contingent of devoted fans). A few more camps with Roach and he's going to be a tough, tough out for anyone at 140. He gets bonus points in my book for having the fortitude to bounce back better than ever off of the terrible loss vs Prescott.

Agbeko still seems to be flying under the radar, but people generally give him his props when he is brought up now. Hopefully he can use the win vs Vic to get himself another big fight. Hasegawa was underrated but like Agbeko, usually gets due respect when he is brought up now.

Nathan cleverly that lad is going to be huge, his whole boxing skills are so underated, and so underrated as a fighter he can certainly land some clean punnchs, with his power improving each time, hopefully he will step up and fight for a european title soon

Hasegawa, Agbeko, Montiel, Caballero, Roman Gonzalez, Sosa, Humberto Soto.....there are some with varying degrees of being underrated IMO

For a man with 8 fights Shumenov is as rated as he should be:deal
