    Also had that good win against Whitiker, and the wins against Cole and Ahunanya weren't bad.

    I was a big Ibragimov fan but he left too soon. He fought at 201 as an amateur and was always just a bit pudgy in the pros, so he probably could have got down to cruiser and had some exciting fights there. But he has Visa problems and said flat out on one interview that he didn't want to fight anymore well before he hung it up, so good for him.

    Good shout for Dempsey. He was the first heavyweight (of the famous ones anyhow) to up the workrate in the ring. Before him the boxers would box at a very slow speed of knots - no doubt so they'd have the stamina to go 20 or more rounds.
