    For underrated in the 90's I would take a pick at Evander Holyfield.

    Donald was exposed by Bowe, Ruiz was awful, Never even heard of Chagaev, He didn`t land a punch on Haye and was badly rocked towards the end of that bout, Holyfield was finished, compare Valuev`s performance against `Vander to Toney who stopped in 4 in 2004, Eithienne was destroyed by a shot Tyson, never even heard of Vidoz, Barret was destroyed by Haye easily, McCline never beat one decent opponent and never heard of Liakhovich, you are grasping at straws.
