When I saw the odds for that fight and Freitas-Diaz I thought about betting on both Frietas and Judah in a combined bet but on the second thought those odds looked to be right so I passed on it, good decision. Do you ever bet against your fighter? Sometimes the odds are so tempting like Adamek being a 3.75 fav over Dawson and I felt Dawson would outpoint him so I placed some cash on him but I was still rooting for Adamek but it was a wierd feeling of being sad that my man lost and some satisfaction of winning cash.
I usually only take safe bets, but I lost $100 dollars on Vargas Vs Mosley 2 and in non boxing I lost $35 dollars on a Duke Vs Va. Tech basketball game last year
$50 on Toney/Peter I. I bet on Toney and he got jobbed. I haven't bet since. I wanted to bet on Pavlik for his fight against Miranda but I was broke. I was 95% sure he would beat Miranda.
Hardly. A couple less low blows and a more disciplined fight and Judah could've cruised. The odds were good.
Most ive lost was $60 on Mosley vs Collazo Most i've won was $1,890 (profit) on Alcine vs Simms Yesterday I made $60 on Hops
That's nothing man, I lost 1500$ on Freitas to beat Diaz. I don't know what happened, but it was a combination of being seduced by 2/1 odds, being a long fan of Freitas and underrating what Juan Diaz could do. Though, I'd likely stick a bundle on Nate Campbell to beat Diaz however, which I'd be confident of winning.
On the bright side the dollar is so weak now a days that is what £5? But to give you a bit of ammo I lost £150 on Benn/McClellan... (I would of won £750 for a McClellan first round win and broke even if McClellan had just won)
