Ellis is an overweight journeyman who doesn't keep his left hand high enough, almost inviting opponents to inflict pain on him, and why he's been KOed in half his fights Having said that, for a 3rd pro fight opponent, Ellis was an ideal choice, but only semi-main event material on a BOXA card.

Nice uppercut to close the show. I like the first knockdown, knocked Ellis off his feet. When I was watching it live, Frazier getting knocked off his feet against Foreman flashed through my mind.
