It is a ridiculous stipulation and such restrictions may very well eventually drive this obviously hungry and extremely talented young fighter to the UFC!! As you rightly point out, what if Fedor suffers a long-term injury? It truly is a shame that we are not going to be able to watch one of the best fighters in the world compete more often:verysad.
