Do any of you feel pain after wearing a mouth guard, I feel it in the teeth and gums, I have moulded it correctly as well, what do you think I should do I bought a basic one for £2. My front teeth are not all straight, one is slightly bent and I think it puts more pressure on there. Although my mouth piece has a good impression of my teeth, it fits in perfectly, as soon as I take it off its painful as if the teeth are moving back to their position?

    Any advice would be grateful?

I wouldnt cut sorners on the cost of a mouthpiece. I like having my real teeth. Otherwise, I dont know, maybe you dont brush and floss enough?

Yea.. if you don't have proper hygeine, it'll make your teeth sensitive or even a little bit looser as the gums are filled with blood more so than they should since they are inflamed. I'd check with a doc.
