Mouthguard after match

    Hi i will have my first boxing match soon and i know this is maybe stupid question but what should i do with mouthguard right after match?I mean should i clean it with something?

    Same as training with it no? Could use rubbing alcohol or something to clean it but I just rinse it with water sometimes a little anti bacterial hand wash.

    Nothing needs to be done immediately — you can wait until you get home. I always used mine a few days (training) and then let it rinse overnight in some mouthwash like Listerine that kills bacteria. Do that after every fight and maybe a couple of times a week when using it in training and you’ll be fine.
