Apologies in advance if this has been posted on numerous previous occassions (please not i do have quite sensitive teeth with a few crowns here or there)

But for someone fairly new, and looking for a good mouthpeiece, does anyone know if this one does the trick?

iIwill fork out and pay for a custom made one when finances are better but for a beginner, does anyone recommend any good/solid ones?

    Cheers

It's good if you have small teeth. The part at the front that is supposed to protect them is kinda short leaving your teeth exposed at the gums, which isn't good.

I myself have a double layered mouthpiece and must say it's a pain in the ass to breath through, and you may have a hard time biting down on it.

I can't give any advice on the single layered ones since I haven't used them
