Mouthpiece?

    So I finally am joining a gym at the age of 31. I am not going to be boxing competitively but will be working out and sparring to stay in shape.

    Anyway, I need to buy a mouthpiece. Is there anything to these $25 versions or should I just go with a basic $4 piece? I dont mind spending the money if they are worth it.

    Don't be a cheapo when it comes to a mouthpiece. I would suggest getting your dentist to make one for you, mine was free but I don't know how it is with others.

    A custom one here costs about $40, well worth it.
