Moves in mma that fighters neglect?

    For me its the straight kick to the knee area,seems like the fastest way to cripple an opponent .I'm surprise these guys don't practice it 10,000 times a day.

    Which is it for you?

    face farts are totally underrated, just one good wiff and you opponent skillset has been reduced by half.

    Very few MMA fighter can throw a good jab, only a few trainers teach their guys how to jab..... GSP has a pretty decent jab by MMA standards, but he worked with Roach quite a bit.
