i dont like your lunging forward when throwing right hand, its a k.o. waiting to happen.. you must throw punches like the stick is pulled from your ass to the head, so your head could always be in the center of gravity + many other reasons.

if your bag is moving too much it means that you are pushing with your punches, start punching like you have whip in your hands.

what i do like are your relatively fast hands, i dont know if you are lighter weight or is it arm punching, but its ok. you are doing well, take this advices like help. i will put mine soon so you can help me also

 

You wouldnt be left handed by any chance

 

Try dropping your lead hand below the armpit. If you flare your punches inside the ring you'll be open for body shots.

The sound in the second video is muted but from what I heard in the first video, no. Your punches are not popping.


Need to practice more defense moves. That current setup of yours is doing more damage than good, rather have a space I can move around in and punch freely than hit a punching bag but have my footwork all thrown out of sync. Right now, your punches look light either cause of incorrect punch mechanic or balance issue(part of weight transfer) which will get ingrained if you keep training in an improper way.

By far the worst thing you do, when you throw a straight right, your completely open to getting knocked out with your chin in the air like that.

 

That just sounds bad on the joints and your body all around.
Good decision to find a better place to train.

Seriously ,judging from what others say ,dont bother because your personality traits wont take criticism that good thats for sure with my critique im pretty good at visualization and sounds like a real train wreck from what others posted , Mr. "No one will record me at a real boxing gym " lol

 

Yo part of learning is getting critiqued. If anyone ever wants me to look at their ****, I'd be more than happy to.

Dago you better go call Kevin Rooney and tell him all that video footage of recording mike was a waste of time that he studied, some of it on you tube. lol
Any common sense person knows you learn from footage no matter how long it is.


@SteeL shoulder , agreed and I hope at least Reznic shows you the same footage he showed me and you will see what im talking about,im pretty sure hes not going to do that and then play the I didn't know what I was talking about game.
