Haven't had a chance yet but I just found a nearby gym that has some heavy-bags. I'll post some footage as soon as I figure out a non-ridiculous way to anonymize it. For the record though, I'm 40 years old and it's been several years (and injuries) since I set foot in a boxing gym...Not sure what you're hoping to see, exactly, but based on your past footage there will be probably plenty of stuff that you might learn from. You can almost certainly learn much more elsewhere though, for example, by paying for some one-on-one workouts with an actual trainer.
