More specifically, it was rumored that
    This content is protected
and, after each positive test, USADA had found exceptional circumstances in the form of inadvertent use and gave Floyd a waiver.
This waiver, according to the rumor, negated the need for a test of Floyd’s “B” sample. And because the “B” sample was never tested, a loophole in USADA’s contract with Mayweather and Golden Boy allowed the testing to proceed without the positive “A” sample results being reported to Mayweather’s opponent or the Nevada State Athletic Commission (which had jurisdiction over the fights).

In late-May, Pacquiao’s attorneys heard the rumor. On June 4, 2012, they served document demands and subpoenas on Mayweather, Mayweather Promotions, Golden Boy and USADA calling for the production of all documents that related to PED testing of Mayweather for the Shane Mosley, Victor Ortiz and Miguel Cotto fights.

    The documents were not produced.

I know a friend of a friend who say's that Manny Pacquiao tested positive for PED's in his 3rd fight with Juan Manuel Marquez. The rumor is that that NSAC preffered to remain hush on the matter not wanting to hurt the sport of boxing and the money it brings in to Nevada.

The key word is rumor which does'nt = fact!

Listen you Dodonging Bozo. Pacquiao is nobody to be asking for anyone's medical records.
Team Mayweather never asked for Pacquiao's medical records, they asked for him to undergo more stringent PED testing in the leadup to a proposed fight between them.

"Ahhh uuhhhh eeehh ooooohhh, I want Mr Mayweather's medical records because there is this rumor that he tested positive in his A sample!

:lol::lol:The nerve of those clowns!:lol::nut

Donaire still is required to submit to random drug testing himself.

    Misleading thread title...

You are probably referring to his VADA testing. He is still required to submit to any and all commission testing. I think the test is in Texas though so that means little. I don't know if the alphabet soup title Donaire holds requires it or not. This is how Junior 'slipped through the cracks' against Rubio. Texas doesn't routinely test and supposedly the WBC didn't know this and failed to provide for testing on their own.
