Suspect we'll get a theatric knockdown / rise from the dead like the Wilder fight though. Fury loves a story.

Even now he's saying "Usyk couldn't put me down" even though he used the ropes as a trampoline.

I dunno why he’s getting so much stick, i said in another post the styles implemented dictate the distance of the fight…not the skill/experience difference.
It was pretty obvious AJ wanted to shake off some cobwebs and was in no “rush”, letting Jake calm a bit till he can start hitting him instead of chasing a non-engaging opponent round the ring and swinging everywhere. He took his time, relaxed and got the job done.
Jake was clearly just on survival mode and wasn’t trying to win, so it’s hard for AJ to engage with that. And he knows Jake isn’t a real fighter ffs.

The facts are Usyk came along and proved by beating all three comfortably twice that Joshua, Fury and Dubois are non elite along with Chisora and Bellew. He obliterated the British Heavyweight World Highland Dancers even though he was deemed 'too small' by many on here.

I like Fury and Dubois but have to be objective.

Joshua and Fury are now old men, both will never beat a live young contender under 30 years of age again and will only fight for huge loot against fellow old men.

I’m a proud member of the minority who predicted Usyk would beat Joshua and in particular Fury long before he actually did. I remember people think Chisora would beat him ffs.

A good big man always beats a good small man, however, we have learned an ATG elite cruiserweight will clean out a poor/mediocre at best heavyweight division.

Sadly we never seen Tyson Fury reach his full potential - a complete waste of his prime years.

He never lived the life and wasted his prime years on junk food, excess alcohol and the boar meat.

Somehow he became a 2 weight world champion but how good could he have been had he lived a dedicated professional Usyk type lifestyle?

He will die wondering how good he could have been.

Mate, boxing is all he’s done all his life and was raised to do….usyk, AJ and wilder on the other hand all started boxing way later. Imagine if they had the nurturing Tyson had from birth by a family in boxing.

Big Joan Fury is a twat, a big shytehouse, a coward and a bad influence. Mickey Theo blew his hardman image away and everyone seen it.

How good could have Tyson Fury been with a real boxing man behind him such as Cus D'Amato to guide him?

Even though he had a very good career, we never got close to viewing the best of Tyson Fury.

Absolute disgrace to boxing again that Paul fight the bloke should've gone in the ring in a mask and a stripey jumper robbing the paying public.
Anyone could have got in there and run off for 90 million quid anyone would do it.
And guess what? He'll do it again I'd put money on it being Canelo because they will play on the size difference with AJ and Canelo will sell on Netflix and Paul can peddle his bull**** again then get in the ring and **** his pants and run until he gets knocked out.
Get this con artist out of boxing.

can say that about every boxer but fact is Tyson fury had a very very privileged upbringing in regards to his boxing career. His family had boxed pro, knew the game and ppl, and he was raised to be a boxer.

Imagine cus took usyk, Wilder or AJ under his wing….he only got Mike Tyson in his teens when fury had already had 10years experience

actually, fury had at least 10years experience before usyk wilder or AJ even walked into a gym.

we did see fury become what he was nurtured for, it would’ve been more of a suprise if he became a footballer

On the topic of joke boxing, did anyone see Andrew Tate's attempt at 'fighting'?

What a fraud. That's got to be the end of him and his fake 'ex kicking boxing world champion'/tough guy act.

Just goes to show you, talking about fighting a lot on podcasts does not equate to being good at fighting.
