I've been umming and arring about where I want to go with boxing. And I have decided. There is nothing I want to do more than compete, and stand in the ring and say I Am! That is all. Have had University exams, so I've only had time for some weights work that noone here is interested in. But the fire for boxing burns.
Wed, Fri - boxing!!!!!!! Sat - Deadlifts + upper back stuff Sun - Front Squats + something? Mon - Power cleans + overhead stuff + strongman stuff (conditioning) @ olympic dragons Tuesday - Conditioning!!!!! Thursday - REST really looking forward to this new cycle I haven't been able to box for a few months now, really glad I've sorted things out a bit.
rough plan get the work in over the next 6 months till next september be nicely conditioned and have some nice experience under my belt after such a long layoff and on and off **** (****ing Uni!), and then get my fights, I won't put myself under so much pressure this year to get things done.
