I doubt it mate. I am not a big c*nt by any stretch. I weigh around 73-75, but I am not carrying any fat. If I get round to it I will see If can post some footage of me doing some sparring with a couple of mates.

I have been doing weights for the past 8 months while I have stopped boxing. I have put on size but not weight which is good. It hasn't effected my speed at all though. Its probably more in your mind then anything. How many days a week do you hit the weights?
