I think this fight is going to be a war.

Mtagwa had Lopez in all sorts of problems in the 11th round. If he had another 20 or 30 seconds he could have dropped Lopez. In the 12th Lopez was gone, ran for the entire round.

Mtagwa is durable, swings widely though and if Gamboa stands and trades then it will be a close on the cards. It depends how he gets on in a higher weight division and if Gamboa can get in and out, he doesn't have a long enough reach to jab him, I think possible decision for gamboa.

btw why do boxrec have the Lopez fight as a UD when Buffer read out a MD?!

Buffer ****ed it up (or rather the person tallying the cards ****ed it up).

I think Gamboa has too much speed for Mtagwa and he won't fight him as stupidly as Juanma did. Gamboa late stoppage for me.

The way Mtagwa wings his punches, coupled with Gamboas speed, will see him shipping shots faster, more accurate and powerful than we have seen him ship in his last two (both outstanding) fights.

    Gamboa KO in 5.
