Katie is very keen to rematch the site loser person. Any delay is a management planning issue. She will likely have to fight at least once more before rematching Person. I'd say next summer if all goes well.
Persoons incredible engine, workrate and toughness will ALWAYS make her a tough night's work for Katie. Nevertheless Katie won fair & square, and will win any rematch too. Chantelles power might, might mind, enable her to ko persoon, but Chantelle is a bit too predictable to beat Katie. Just my opinion. But I doubt I'm wrong.
