Sean Gerard Duffy vs. Antonio Horvatic 4 rounds @ Lightweight

 

Round 1: 10-9 Duffy

Classic debut fight for Duffy. He has an opponent in front of him who looks durable enough to give him some rounds but isn't dangerous at all. Duffy hammering featherfists for three minutes, Horvatic on the backfoot covering behind a high guard. Not too impressed by Duffy.

I am talking about featherfists and it looks like Duffy can't hurt Horvatic with head shots so he's trying with body shots and the first decent shot to the body dropped Horvatic who is taking a knee. He makes it back and Duffy knows what to do: Another body shot drops him again. The ref steps in. Pathetic. Looked a bit like a dive. Might got the call to go down in the second to push Duffys record with a stoppage. At least this **** is over.

 

Callum Bradley vs. Rafael Castillo 4 rounds @ Super Featherweight

 

Round 1: 10-9 Bradley

Bradley looks like a much better talent than Duffy. He lands a few solid right hands. Mixing it up with jabs to the body.

Bradley switching to southpaw for the first minute of the round, not really a good idea, so he's switching back to orthodox, and is doing much better. Castillo isn't doing much. At least he's much better than the Horvatic guy but i think he's also not allowed to throw back here. Looks like another journeyman who isn't allowed to go all in or he simply doesn't want to go all in. Boring fight. Bradley dancing in front of Castillo and pumping the jab and some right hands.

**** round. Both dancing in front of each other pumping some hands but are not landing anything of notice. Not sure why Bradley isn't throwing more than that. A bit more heat in the last 20 seconds. Not really impressed by Bradley aswell.

Great body shots by Sullivan. He's coming forward like a tank and moving well. Throwing probably every second shot to the body, hooks, jabs, straight hands. Strykowski not feeling comfortable here as it looks.
