This, by the way, is the lone match on the card that is for a title (a minor one: the WBC International 140lb title, McKenna's first defense).

Tyrone McKenna must be confident here to get the KO and get the win

Not sure this Mikey Sakyi fella has ever been dropped, let alone stopped..

McKenna's stomach and pec tattoos actually look really nice, in terms of the composition and ink work. Usually when people have their fronts done it looks an incoherent mess.

    (no homo )

    (alright, moderate homo )

Another southpaw in the mix, interesting. Should he pass into the semis as expected, McKenna will make a third lefty in the bracket, of four remaining contestants (along with Mimoune, and Ofori being ambidextrous; Davies & Yoon are both orthodox)

    Round 1

McKenna is doing good work behind the right jab and then pecking at the body with both hands. Asumadu-Sakyi doing naught else but "tuck up" against the corner turnbuckle, as the commentators say, flapping at McKenna's head with a defensive pawing left jab and trying for his own body shots, but finding McKenna too much of a writhing target.

    10-9 McKenna

WHAT! Surprising early momentum shifts in back-to-back fights here..

McKenna seriously hurt in the second, needs to be about his business and not underestimate Asumadu-Sakyi going forward..

    19-19

Can't even put my finger on what Tyrone did wrong there (or rather, what Mikey did right to flip the script). Just found a good right hand and worried away on McKenna with solid well-placed blows once he cracked his armor.

I'll go McKenna in round three, controlled the narrative in the middle of the ring with his busier (and consistently multiplied) jab, and caught Asumadu-Sakyi on the outer end of some good left crosses. Asumadu-Sakyi rolling with shots and moving fairly well, but preoccupied now with defense, having no moments to rival his last ninety seconds of the previous round.

    29-28 McKenna

    McKenna easily won the 3rd

You already can see he believes in getting the win here easily.
