OMG, seriously? There's still a chick before the main event.

I'd shag "Wham Bam Chan", though...

Oh man, Wham Bam Chan appears to actually be a fairly serious puncher.. nice body work, too. Very uncharacteristic style for the women's ranks..

Main event just ended, here is the result:

    ref's decision, 98-93 for Antwi

I'll rewind to where it starts and score it anyhow. Starts a little under 4 hours into the YT video in the OP.

This is for the now-vacant BBBofC Southern Area welterweight title, on the line only for Özgül (it was supposed to be Antwi's first defense after capturing it against Jez Smith in February, but Antwi lost it on the scales)

10-9 Antwi, very clear opener, beating Özgül to the punch with the jab at range, falling into a broad-based sprawl and doing some good catch-and-shoot work. Reach (and hand speed) advantage carrying the day.

Third was very close, Özgül landed some heavy shots, but Antwi probably stole it back in the final minute.

    30-27

Antwi forcing Özgül into retreat, keeping him shut down with timely jabs every time he's about to cut loose, controlling with his longer legs and arms and quicker/busier hands & sharper shots.

    40-36 Antwi

Özgül had a very productive fifth, managed to cling to Antwi, staying well inside his effective range, and blasted him with a few sneaky headhunting blows inside after poking at the body with light jabs to lull him. Couple of nice rights over the top by Özgül smashing through Antwi's guard, forcing him to stand and trade or bend away.

    10-9 Özgül

    49-46 Antwi

Another on the spin for Özgül (literally, grabbing Antwi by the waist for a little dosey-do ), good stiff body work. Antwi getting a bit wild, impatiently swinging wide instead of lining up nice straight counters as he was earlier.

    10-9 Özgül

    58-56 Antwi

Seventh is where Antwi begins to spade himself out after the pitfall of the fifth & sixth. Özgül started out very strong but faded just as the Ghanaian-Brit started to come alive. Big chopping right hands and 1-2s from across the gap by Antwi.

    10-9 Antwi

    68-65 Antwi

Özgül rocked badly in the middle of round eight, nearly down from a series of uppercuts and looping rights on his left temple, with Antwi marching him into the corner.

..almost 10-8 even without a knockdown.

    78-74 Antwi
