Much Respect To Arthur Abraham For Fighting Dirrell In Detroit And More.

Oddly enough it seems that its only a problem when its the european fighters that have to go outside that its a problem. No one bitched when Dirrell has to go to the uk and fight with no american judges, or when Taylor had to go to germany with no american judges. But that is all that cried about when it came to Kessler and now AA. If they fought at home its only fair that they fight on the road.

The super-six was set up for Kessler or AA to win it. As a result with Ward beatting Kessler it then put him in the best position to win it all. which wasnt the intent. Having the Americans fight each other almost ensured that each would have two loses. having Kessler and AA not fighting each other meant that they could both go though unbeatten. There was much thought that went into the matchups, and they were set up to make it to the finals. Problem was Ward beatting Kessler, it ****ed everything up. I think they made a mistake by putting Ward in the thing and I said that from the start.

 

Boy, you are the conspiracy thoerist aren't you. Look, i'm an american and don't for a second beleive that sauerland has enough pull to "fix" the whole tourney. That would mean shaw and goosen have no pull. And if sauerland has so much muscle, then why was goosen able to secure homefield and officials for the kessler fight? HUH?

No fix, that isnt what im saying. But it was tilted towards his fighters. If you think about it. Had Kessler beat Ward, the only thing keeping three of the four from getting to the final four would be AA losing to Dirrell then then losing to Froch. Only one American fight would have had a chance being that they were going to be fighting each other and ensuring that two had atleast two loses. Ward messed all that up, now there is a chance that two of the American fighters can get to the final four. But there was never a chance that all three could get to the finals. :good

Not true. AA-Taylor had an American judge and ref .... and the other two judges were not German.

 

Abraham is one hell of a puncher and he punches in combos. I have a feeling Dirrell is going to run but I think he may build up a lead. AA is going to have to get a knock out to win.

 

Im sure the judges and ref will be honest. They are meant to be professional people, who im sure pride themselves in doing a good fair job.
I wonder if these thoughts may get into AAs mind, and make him change his fighting style, to a style which dosent suit him as much.
If Dirrell throws some punches and stays elussive, I think he could win comfortably, but if Dirrell fights like he did against Froch then I think AA will outpoint him.

No one bitched with Taylor because they knew he would lose anyways against AA I hate to say. Dirrell....well he has no fanbase so that's why no one bitched I suppose. I totally agree with what I highlighted from ur paragraphs.

 

Arthur is an incredibly tough man.He fought a good part of the fight against Miranda with a broken jaw,holy ****!!Now that the fellow that I thought was going to win the tourney(Kessler) is looking not so great,I believe that Abraham will take it.

 

It will be a good one, but Dirrell won't get through AA's defense. AA's a SMW version of Clottey only he punches back and he punches like hell.
