Cotto showed a lot of heart during the fight and also a lot of CLASS after the fight. It's refreshing to see another great fighter that is a gentlemen, this is exactly what the boxing world needs. :good

Cotto is a warrior, yesterday I was a Pacfan, today I was a fan of both.

Massive respect to Cotto. He went in their and executed his fight plan extremely well, giving the entire boxing community an incredibly entertaining fight well worth the wait and the money. Certainly hope that's not the last we see of him.

Love Cotto. He could have bored the ass off everyone and implemented hit and run tactics from the get go, but he tried to have a tear up and unlike someone like Hatton, he actually didn't disgrace himself doing that. It was only when he was badly hurt that he went on the retreat.

He did a service to boxing. He put the heat on Pacman and in the process, gave us the opportunity to learn alot more about Pacquiao and how good he is.

I'm a Pac fan, but I have to give it up for Cotto. Miguel is a class act and true professional.

I thought Cotto did a really great job in the early stages and maybe if things had went a little differently, had he been able to avoid getting rocked quite so badly in the fourth, it could have developed into a much more competitive fight. His gameplan was working pretty effectively until Pacquiao took over with the vicious power shots. There was no coming back then.

How did Cotto show a lot of heart? To me, he showed the minimal heart needed to be a professional fighter. Cotto was hurt for the first time after that second KD. After that, he resorted to running around the ring, and fought scared. He knew couldn't win fighting like that, but seemed more concerned with not getting knocked out than he was with winning.

Hell to the NO. What fight have you been watching? He banged in the early to mid rounds. He started boxing in the 9th to the 12th cuz he got hurt when he had the heart to go toe to toe with Manny.

In all honesty I wished I had seen this fight without the ****en HBO cocksuckers commentators....

I can't stand the way they dog out a fighter just to sell another or current fighter.
(They literally placed Cotto on journeyman status with words alone last night)

    **** the HBO announce team.
Much respect to PR & Miguel Cotto, **** HBO
