How is Amir going to compete in the 140 pound and doesn't pack a big right hand punch.

HE had trouble landing that punch.Paulie is sleek, Maidana is open to that shot he is like a slow robot.

Paulie is fast and hard to hit.

Amir said during the post-fight interview their plan was to slowly break down Pauli. So Freddie was just bluffing. Their plan was to fight the stretch anyway.

See, it's posts like this that stop good posters from coming back on ESB. If you're actually trying to have a discussion about boxing you always get a couple of idiots with no insight whatsoever :-(

...same as how Pauli managed to win a title with his feather left and right hands.

I still think Khan gets to excited at times, when he lets his hands go. He needs to relax more and control it better. I think it will come with age and experience though.

It wasnt an outstanding performance, but it was good enough. He's still got a long way to go and needs to mature more mentally.

I think this does tell us a great deal about roach's predictions....when he calls an early KO, its just pre-fight hype......he said originally before the bravado that this fight would go awhile..and amir captalized on freddie's gameplan...

I don't know, Paulie kind of rubbed a lot of people the wrong way with trying to get on the PED accusation bandwagon. Sometimes people reap what they sow.
