Entertaining round, nice moments from both fighters, hard to say who won the round but i think David looked more dangerous, has more power and landed a couple of clean shots there. Hui probably had the edge in the last 30 seconds.

They both are very good technically and both respect that in the second round, a bit less action, more tactics but Hui was landing better and cleaner shots, also a way more active the whole round.

 

David staying on the ropes taking body shots. But they both can take each other punches so far.

 

Those body shots taking it's toll. Big mistake for David staying on the ropes.

Hui defending good, David too much time at the ropes and he looked a bit tired and exhausted there, the big power shots from the first round are gone. Clear round for Hui overall.

Hui is boxing and moving smart, he has David in the corner and at the ropes, tracking him down but he is not landing the big shots there to hurt David but definitely enough to win the round comfortably. David has to use his jab, he has a size advantage but completly wastes it with hanging in the corner/at the ropes head to head with Hui.

David is simply not smart enough to win this imo. He is not using the jab, he steadily moves to the corner and the ropes, there he eats the body shots and other clean shots. Although Hui can't hurt him badly he is winning this now. Hui has a great upper body movement and defense vs a much taller opponent. I think the body shots took too much out of David, he looks tired.

A sick exchange of hooks there, both clearly stunned but not hurt, head to head most of the time at the ropes, Hui looks fresher and working a lot to the body there, David clearly tired, moving away, dropping the hands all the time. Hui working in the corner, enough to win the last round vs a very tired opponent who only throws wild punches.
