I would have to go with Ali but I think Tyson makes it 15 and is in the fight..

I don't understand how many people think Ali would just destroy Tyson..

Ali struggled with many lesser fighters then Tyson..

Like I said Ali will win a decision but Mike will give him a good fight.

Tyson wont stop Ali, if Foreman, Liston, Shavers, Frazier and Lyle couldnt do it, a 1991 Tyson aint gonna do it. However if ALi couldnt stop Frazier the 3 times they fought, he aint stopping Tyson who has a much better chin and defence.

I see this one going to the scorecards. I look at the punches Ruddock hit Tyson with and Tyson still kept coming, Ali doesnt hit that hard so Tyson wouldnt respect his punching power as much and we be hunting him down all night. If Tyson works the body early he could win this, or Ali might just turn up and produce one of his magical performances.

    Tough call.
To those who are saying Tillis and Green took Tyson the distance, Tyson was still improving as a fighter then. ALi was also on his a$$ against Henry Cooper.

:thumbsup Tyson no-where close too as tough as Frazier - he be KTFO if he tuck what Frazier did in Manilla And Tyson Only have 5 roundz of stamina VS 15 roundz of stamina for Frazier AND Ali. Tyson Only fight at v.Slow pace After round 5 - Frazier fight super-fast pace for 14 Roundz in Manilla sweaty air + Frazier is deffo Top-10 H2H - Tyson not even in teh top-15 IMO. :deal:deal

Your just jealous that a 1991, wait no 1996 Tyson would last longer with Ali, than that guy in your avatar
He got KTFO in his prime by an old Ali :)

I agree. I wonder if Tyson is beginning to get a bit underrated.

He is. You only have to mention Tyson in any thread and replies include
(Insert name) would beat Tyson once it goes past round 5
If (insert name) stood up to Tyson, Tyson would just crumble.
(Insert name) would out stare out Tyson and Tyson would began to feel scared
    (Insert name) would outbully Tyson

Ive come across threads where someone said Tomas Adamek could beat Tyson because Holyfield did it. :patsch

    lolololololololololololololololollolololooolol

No-body in history could stop Old Foreman - his Chin 100% ROCK.
teh 1974 Ali stops Tyson in 6 Roundz if he used teh rope-a-dope with loose ropes trick - cos Tyson = 5 roundz stamina And even POISIONED Foreman has 7 Roundz stamina.

Tyson went 12 rounds quite a few times and was still swinging at the end.
Tyson will be remembered for the Douglas upset, but hey at least he had some excuses for that fight.

But FOREMAN? he has no excuse for rumble in the jungle, he fought the most dumbest fight ever. He RAN OUT OF GAS....the world heavyweight champ ran out of gas in round 7 against an old Ali. No excuses there my friend.

Nobody could stop Foreman? Ali had Foreman on his ASS, and Tyson hits much harder than Ali.
Also Mike Tyson always won a fight when it went to the scorecards. Tucker, Tillis, Smith, Ruddock, Green.

If Foreman was poisoned against Ali, then what happened against Young? Diarreah?
Your a joke and so are your posts.

I think Tyson has a great style to beat Ali, with Ali's susceptability to left handers, Tyson's speed neutralising Ali's normal speed advantage, his ability to slip jabs and close the distance. He's going to land more accurately with more powerful punches than anyone has ever done on Ali

Which is why i can see Tyson beating Ali on points, IF (and thats a big if) Tyson bangs at the body for the first few rounds, if he comes in headhunting then hes in for a long night. This is one of the reasons why Ruddock never put up much of a fight, because Tyson was hitting him with bodyshots

hmm. i have seen tyson take some beatings in his career. in my opinion he don't have a lack of heart.
for that matter i have a qeustion for you ?? did you ever box or kickbox or any other fight sport ??
cause in my opinion anyone who steps in a ring to box, wrestle, kickbox (or whatever) his opponent in front of live audience has heart enough
maybe some have more then others...... but that is an other thing

tyson was a lot better than frazier he was quicker bigger had a far better defence and plus he had a better jab and could punch a lot harder with either hand you could argue joe had more heart but that alone wouldnt have been enough tyson had more tools .

Ali in a very tense contest.

Tyson had all the tools to trouble Ali.

Ali had all the tools to beat Tyson.
