    Nope.

I don't even think Ali can beat Wlad or Lewis

All I did was link Lewis vs Wlad prime for prime thread.

What I said is. don't bring the modern nutritions bull**** into the debate.

Just talk about Wladimir as a boxer and not about 'how he's more modern'

because if that is the case 10 years from now Anthony Joshua with 'better modern technology' will KO Wlad.... right

See? This fool doesn't have a clue. Vitali is robotic, Wlad is not. Wlad is very smooth and quick while Vitali is more stiff & awkward.

He either has the 2 confused or he doesn't know jack **** about boxing & I gather it's the latter.

Well Joe Louis was an almost unstoppable fighter in his day. Chances are you be KO'd before you knew what hit you. The fact is he was fighting much lesser fighters than Wlad is today. Same would be true for Ali vs. Wlad.

However this is Ali we're talking about and if any fighter had the wit, speed & ring smarts to defeat today's best HW fighter it would be him. I rate Louis higher all time but Ali would have a better time against Wlad than Louis would due to styles, size & speed.

Ali has stopped some of the toughest, hardest men in boxing. No reason why he wouldn't be able to stop Wladmir. Ali late rounds KO

At an utterly anemic rate, and in truth is using a type of attack that isn't that much more predictable than the one Wlad has opted to use these days. Wlad's certainly a more dynamic offensive fighter when he wants to be, with a lot more power. But in terms of approach, their pretty similar. Jab, Jab, Jab, cross. Grab when someone attempts to come into close range, Lather, rinse repeat. That's why I think Wlad would do about as well as Bugner did against the best version of Ali, and make it a competitive decision.

    Blah, blah, blah.

Show me a 6 foot 6½ inch fighter that's a solid 245 with a more powerful jab than the great jabber Holmes, who has the power of a Foreman right hand, the power of a Frazier left hook, with speed, footwork & reach to boot & yopu might make your point.

Henry Cooper was not on the level of Wladimir Klitschko & neither was Ernie Shavers, Ken Norton, Jerry Quarry, Joe Frazier, Chuck Wepner, etc.

I'm old enough to have seen those fights live, when they happened. What's your excuse?

Ali's KO % wasn't that high at all. He KO'd Foreman simply because he wore him out. You could say he outsmarted him & you'd be right. Wlad's not going to be outboxed easily but it is possible for Ali to be the guy to do it based on Ali's ring smarts & speed, but not his power. :nono

I'm a big fan of Lennox Lewis & he'd have a good fight against Ali or Wladimir himself. These guys are Super Heavys, not like the Super Heavys of the old days including Willard, Baer & Carnera. These guys can actually fight & box circles around fighters & their natural size gives them an advantage, expecially since they know how to use that size.

stupendously idiotic. Ali had absolutely sublime head movement. Saying David Haye has better head movement than Ali is just incredibly, incredibly stupid.

"Big Red" has never seen Ali fight.
