you ask a 1970 version of ali if he wants in his old age to stay around town and loaf or if he wants to be where the sites and sights are he's dressed classy looks nice as in he's not dirty and dressed poorly the man is being taken very good care of he's living out his life much better than most former fighters long live the king !
To see Ali on stage showing how Parkinsons disease has affected him is hard for me to see, as been a lifelong fan of him. However that is my problem not Alis, Ali being centre stage is where he always was and still is, and firstly i am glad he is still receiving the plaudits and honours that are due to him, and secondly pleased that he indeed is still with us, we have lost so many greats too early. Ali did not conform to societys expectations when was he active in our sport, likewise now wheras many sufferers of advanced parkinsons disease not unreasonably would shy away from public glare, Ali refuses to hide.
