It doesn`t matter. They will be around the same weight, you get that? It doesn`t matter if Usyk is going to be great at HW or not. There is around the same weight and the same height.

People talk and talk and talk how fast was Ali, but Usyk ain`t slower. He is incredible fast, and he doesn`t stand on the rope and rely on his chin to carry him out.
Ali KO Foreman, who was wasting his energy like a complete id*****.

And no the fight with Briedis was competitive, but not close, clear victory for Usyk, as you was trying to make it how close it was and that draw would be okay, not in a real life. That fight was so exaggerated. Breidis did good, but he lost a competitive, but not a close fight.

No one is even debating how great Ali was, but he ain`t beating Usyk for sure.

The speed at 2:43 its ridiculous for his category. Should i even mention how he move his feet?
And this is all after 14 rounds of hard spar.
Ali maybe faster, but Usyk is fast as well. Add all of his other skills and this would be an insane matchup.
I would still favor Usyk to win.

No we're just eating more, much better nutrition than decades previous. Because of that more people are maximising their genetic potential fro growth.

Usyk beat Glowacki, Gassiev, Briedis, Mchunu, Hunter, Huck and Bellew. They all compare because not only are these men either the same size or bigger, but some of them are even more skilled. Did I forget he beat them all convincingly in their backyards? That's unprecedented stuff. Shut up now.

Exactly. The delusion of the past heavyweights being able to hang with the modern guys is pure nonsense. Cruiserweights nowadays are likely to be more than enough for guys like Ali, Foreman and Frazier to handle.

It's not an opinion that no small heavyweight has dominated the division since Lennox Lewis. Even the shorter heavies are weighing in at 230lbs regularly nowadays.

Huck is an ATG at cruiser like Foreman is at heavy and Bellew, well Bellew is like Frazier, not the best fighter but he had his day in the limelight like him. My point is that comparing some heavyweights that Ali beat to cruisers nowadays is more applicable than trying to compare them to modern heavies. Also Usyk beat his lot more convincingly than Ali did, he never had a Ken Norton he had to rob to win against.

No one mentioned Chris Byrd but needless to say he was skilled but he also was certainly no dominant heavyweight.

He didn`t stop anyone he lost every single round. Vitali injured his shoulder badly. Shoulder injury for a fighter is one of the worst.
    Wladimir beat him twice convincingly.
Yeah Byrd was solid boxer, but not in this league.

How TF does this guy not know that Vitali injured his shoulder against Byrd? That's why it was such a notable loss for him as like both of his losses he didn't actually get beaten by his opponent as much as by his own body.

I actually think he's regressed a bit since then or maybe it's just a case of him having gotten away from some of the things he used to do and changed his style a bit. But he looked faster, more agile, and busier to me and he was waiting for his opponents to lead more and then punishing them immediately with well-timed counters.

He was coming off a serious injury and almost a year of inactivity (crickets from the ''inactivity'' crowd about that though) going into the Witherspoon fight and had trained to face Spong who Chazz stepped in for at the last minute after Spong popped dirty so I don't read too much into that performance. But that was a very different Usyk in the WSB than the one we saw against Witherspoon and a better one IMO albeit I don't think he looked bad in his last fight and he wasn't exactly going all out or even close to it in that one.

So a 5ft 9 inch Tyson in His Prime would struggle with this ordinary lot....I dont think so...hate to think what a Prime Foreman would do to this lot also.!!!

People are really crazy Usyk beats Gassiev, Briedis , Glowacki, Huck and some pick him to beat Ali. Fury beats ancient wlad and Wilder some pick him to beat Ali, lewis, Vitali, prime wlad.
