Based on Usyks performance against Bellew Ali wins a clear decision. Not only is Ali faster and has better head movement than Bellew, he also has quicker feet, pivots significantly better like he did against Liston, has a much better gas tank, and has better ring iq.

I don't understand the "modern fighters are better BS" if modern technology, training and conditioning doesn't make Usyk physically and technically superior to Ali then how does it make him better ? Usyk isn't faster, he doesn't have better head movement, their foot speed is about the same, he doesn't have a better chin, etc. Usyk can slip into an angle around his opponents significantly better than Ali but thats about it. Usyk arguably counters better but Ali was pretty good at that.

I understand that boxing evolves and thats a good argument if you're comparing modern day boxers to boxers from the 1910s and 20s but not if you're comparing modern boxers to fighters from the 1960s and 70s. Not much has changed from a technical point of view since the 60s and 70s

Usyk is very skilled though. Imo he would beat all of Ali's opponents except Joe Frazier, Jimmy Young, and maybe Ken Norton
