Here is Cus telling Ali how Frazier would possibly beat Ali with his peak-a-boo style, a style he taught to Tyson and Tyson did better. Skip to 1.10.

ali always had trouble with left hookers, Sonny banks, henry cooper, joe frazier, ken norton, ernie shavers. Banks, cooper and frazier all had him over with that shot and tyson was a far better hooker than all 3.
add to this tysons scary speed, outstanding ability to create openings and accuracy in combination punching, plus the size and strength of the brute and i think ali would be in trouble in this one.
All the things ali did wrong would catch up with him in this one i think. Ali should rightly go down in history as the more accomplished but stylistically i think tyson was all wrong for him

Hows Tyson going to catch Ali , Mikes too slow for Ali - would be a wide points win for the greatest.

One out of three for Tyson. The other Two Ali would have beat him.

shame for your argument that ali beat the crap out of all them, with exception to Norton.

even in the single frazier loss he ruined joes face, though he got plenty back too.

fully aware of the results, but these fights highlight ali's problem with good left hookers.
None of the fighters i mentioned were as big or as fast or as skilled or hit as hard as tyson ( tho shavers probably hit harder but not as often). plus tyson had more than a good left hook, he also had a great jab, booming right straight, overhand or uppercut plus a highly developed body attack
And while ali was one of the most resillient boxers of all time, if a 190lb cooper could put him down its not too great a leap to imagine that a prime tyson at 218 could keep him there. and tyson was one of the cleanest punchers in heavyweight history.
while its definitely possible that ali could frustrate, out box and beat tyson, its also possible that ali, susceptible to left hookers could find himself on his back early and often.

Tyson did not like going into late rounds...no way he knocks Ali out...if Prime Foreman could not knock Ali out there is no way Tyson could....Ali frustrates and takes a Fragile Tyson in 8.!!!
