butthurt because of how u respond the way you say it i never said you had to agree with me i favor ali here to win this one and i said fury could possibly keyword POSSIBLY beat him it would be competitive if you say " delusional " or something then obviously you are butthurt that im putting your hero in there with another fighter you dont like if say ali wins , or fury wins i dont care beats me its just the gasping responses lol you guys do
Size* not styles. Ali has the stylistical advantage. Fury is a clumsy fighter with exaggerated head movement, he has good fundimentals, but can't punch for ****. Ali in his prime (66/67) was a beast, he was aggressive, especially against fighters who were large targets and slower than him. Furyis that but with no offence to deter Ali, his best strength is his feints and footwork imo, which Ali would be 1, too clever for, and 2, too quick for. So Ali's style (and speed) takes away all of Fury's advantages, and takes advantage of his weaknesses. Ali beats him to a pulp similar, in a fight slightly more competitive than the Terrel fight. Ali's jab to the chest and angled right upstairs would cause Fury to slow before Ali stops him.
I should say Ali gets it on point s. Not the most pretty of fights but a few of both men's weren't. Not sure id vote for Fury by ko...
Fury is just a less good version of Ali. Ali clowns him to a UD, with Fury having a few shining moments.
60s Ali turns him into a stumbling, bumbling fool in 13. He unleashes a freeky fast combination of punches in the 15th that goes on just long enough for the ref to stop the fight. 1970-1974 Ali outpoints him in a dull fight.
Actually, Fury would be one of the best opponents Ali faced. I'd have to go with Ali, but Fury has the size and tools to make it into a fight and Ali doesn't have the punching power to just crush Fury.
Against prime Muhammad Ali, 1964-1967, Tyson Fury would resemble Ernie Terrell, in this fight stumbling after a fleet footed opponent in Ali, with blinding speed. Ali wins a very lopsided 15 round decision, he will take too many right hands. like Ali connected on southpaw, Karl Mildenberger, in 1966. No knockdowns in this fight.
I can only assume the OP was under the influence when making this thread. Fury avoids serious challenges like I avoid the mother in law, yet he's somehow going to beat Ali?
