I believe Klitschko would win the first fight against 1965-1967 Ali. I say that because Ali was an outside fighter who often enjoyed the benefit of being the bigger and longer armed man. He would be neither against Vitali. So i just can’t envision how his style would even look against Vitali. It’s the same in fantasy matches against Tyson Fury or Wladimir. He’s not one of the ATG’s who looked to get in the pocket and work like Dempsey or Marciano. But to my knowledge he never really showed any ability to control distance by darting in and out of range without backpedaling laterally. Because he never really needed to in the mid 60’s. Like I said, he was usually the bigger guy who worked from the outside while playing to the judges and crowd.
Can’t see how Ali deals with a 6’7-6’8 awkard Fighter in Vitali who has good power, accuracy, chin. Don’t think either gets stopped though Ali has been hurt by real small HWs like Henry Cooper. so it may likely go the distance To a descision. It would be competitive, maybe give Ali the edge due to his speed and movement. Vitali is quite stiff, but still at 250 lbs lean the guy would be a nightmare for Ali who has never fought anyone similar.
Ali would literally play with Vitali teases & torments him till he loses control & Vitali retires "injured" !!!!!! a la Chris byrd fight
Prime Ali was so mobile and so crafty. Vlad would try to jab and grab and his size would keep things interesting. I just don’t see him beating prime Ali. Ali was a special fighter who had so many tools, and he had a granite chin and great speed and stamina.
You mean like when Ali fought Henry Cooper? And annihilated him. Like that? Sit down. You have proven you dksab
How is a brit fighting an american as international, as a mexican fighting a kazak? And cooper floored ali
